Before any programme begins, S Cube Foundation visits the community to listen and understand. In collaboration with the Guledakoppa Gram Panchayat and Bogur village administration, our team carried out a preliminary site assessment of Bogur village โ the pilot village for Gramodaya, our three-year (2026โ2029) holistic village development initiative.
The visit covered public spaces across the village โ roads, the government school, the drinking-water facility, public toilets, and the bus stop โ to identify where intervention could create real, visible impact. These observations directly shaped the Clean Bogur Campaign and the broader Gramodaya roadmap for health, environment, education, and community development in Bogur.
"Gramodaya is not a project delivered to the village โ it is a partnership built with the village." โ Dr. Sushmita Shinde, Founder
